05/04/16 – “Zelo” – Terrier Mix at Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter

Zelo is a two year old Ridgeback/Jack Russell mix who was turned in to the Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter in Lavonia by her owners.

This poor little girl has been waiting for her forever home for over two months. Because she is so sweet, the shelter staff has not had the heart to put her to sleep, even though she has been there longer than they normally keep dogs that don’t get adopted. They keep hoping someone will fall in love with her as they have.

Zelo is heartworm negative, current on her vaccinations and has already been spayed.

She is calm, friendly, great with other dogs and loves people.

At only 30lbs, she would make a great family dog for a home with children or for any one who would like a quiet, calm, loving family companion.

Zelo is used to being an inside dog.  Her adoption fee is $55.
