05/05/14-Duke-Playful, Active Dog Avaialable for Adoption

Meet our newest rescue – Duke. He was a stray until he found one of our Hart County Humane Society volunteers. Duke is a real beauty of a dog – extremely healthy and physically fit. Runs like he’s gliding and jumps like he’s flying! He’s an energetic and playful 3 year old boy. Loves to play ball and especially Frisbee. He jumps high into the air to catch that frisbee and bring it back to you. Duke is obedient with a firm hand and dog treat motivation! While he’s energetic and playful, he is also very sweet and loving. Loves to be petted and fussed over; he’s house-trained and is not a barker … but he does need to learn to walk on a leash because he could walk you!!  Needs to have a fenced backyard to run and play in.  The adoption fee for this very deserving pet covers his neutering, micro chipping, negative heart worm test, up to date vaccinations and parasite preventatives.
