05/23/16 – “Harriet” – Mixed Breed Dog at Hart County Humane Society

HarrietHarriet is a 4 year old, medium size dog, abandoned by her family, she was taken to Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter.

The shelter found an out of state rescue for the sweet dog but she would need to be treated for deadly heartworm decease first.

Harriet came to us for temporary safe haven while she recovered from the difficult treatments. The darling dog has quickly become a volunteer favorite and has endeared herself to all who meet her.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and been treated for parasites. If you would like more information or would like to meet Harriet, please call 706-436-0965 or email [email protected].

The Hart County Humane Society is a volunteer rescue organization. We receive no funding from any government agencies or other groups. We are a 501C3 non-profit organization.
