07/07/14 – “Claudia” – Pretty Orange Tabby at Hart County Humane

ClaudiaThis sweet cat is extra special to us.

Claudia was an abandoned momma cat, found nursing her babies under a porch back in 2011. Her babies had just started to open their eyes when four new born orphan kittens were found in a salvage yard.  She wasn’t thrilled with the situation but she nursed and cared for both litters of kittens.

Once the kittens were placed we felt sure we had found Claudia a good home. We were devastated to find our Claudia had been abandoned again!    She along with a group of free roaming cats were turned into the Anderson County Humane Society Spay/Neuter Clinic to be fixed.

It was there that her microchip was scanned and we got the call. Claudia is a loving four year old orange short hair cat.

Claudia is very affectionate and she lifts her front paws up one at a time when she sees you, as if she’s dancing. Claudia gets along with other cats, gentle dogs, and people over the age of six, small children may cause her stress. If you would like to meet our very deserving Claudia or have questions please call 706-436-0965.
