11/18/14 – “Haven” – Tabby Kitten at Hart County Humane Society

Haven-1Sick or baby animals cannot stay in animal shelters. This kitten was both too young and sick, she needed out.

Haven was found all by herself with no Momma or littermates.

Many times Momma cats will hide their babies in the chassis of vehicles, once the car or truck moves the cat or kitten falls out, some are alive, others are injured and many are killed.

Haven has been in foster care where she has grown healthy and been socialized with people, dogs and other cats. She will be spayed, micro chipped and receive age appropriate vaccines before adoption. If you would like to meet our sweet kitty or want more information please call 706-436-0965 or email [email protected].

The Hart County Humane Society is a volunteer rescue organization. We are a 501C3 non-profit organization. Donations are desperately needed to fund our foster/rescue and spay/neuter programs. Donations can be mailed to P.O. BOX 1062 Hartwell Georgia 30643 or be made online through pay pal at harthumane.org.  Please help us help the animals in our community.  And don’t forget to Like us on Facebook!
