Mr. Adam Jeremiah “A.J.” Chitwood age 28, of Clarkesville died Monday July 18, 2016 at Habersham Co. Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday July 23, 2016 at The New Vision Worship Center in Baldwin. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday beginning at 12:30 pm until the service time. Strickland Funeral Home Lavonia chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
