Bank Robber Sought in Rabun County

In Rabun County, investigators with the GBI are asking for the public’s help to find and arrest a man suspected of bank robbery.

On Monday, a black male entered the Rabun County Bank on Highway 441 in Dillard about 1p and demanded money from a teller.

The suspect fled in a late 1990’s model black Ford Explorer.

Authorities have released surveillance photos of the suspect who is described as a black male with a light complexion and heavy build.

He is between 6’2” and 6’4” tall and is believed to be in his late 20’s or early 30’s.

The suspect has one visible tatto and facial piercing. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a dark gray or black hoodie and a dark cap. The hoodie had a design on the back that appears to be, “Bad Thug” or “Bad Thing” or “Bad Dog” with a dog emblem above it.
