Mr. Billy L. Bailey, 72, of Canon, Ga. died Friday April 11, 2014 at his home. Funeral services will be Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 4 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. the family is at the home of his sister, Peggy Lovelace Hartwell.
