Mr. Charles Russell Parker, Sr., age 85, of Lavonia died Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Stephens County Hospital.Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Lavonia First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lavonia City-Burgess Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends, at the funeral home, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday. At other times the family will be at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lavonia First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 47, Lavonia, GA 30553.
