Mrs. Colleen  Lathan Fowler, 80 of Hartwell, Ga. died Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House, Anderson S.C. Funeral services will be Saturday April 26, 2014 at 2 pm at the Strickland funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
