Mrs. Ellen Louise Holcomb Risner, age 86, of Hartwell, Ga. passed away Wednesday November 18, 2015 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia. Services celebrating the life of Ellen Risner will be held on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 2 pm in the chapel of Coile-Hall Spagnoli Funeral Home. Committal services will take place at Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
