Mrs. Emily Watts Stovall, age 87 of Hartwell, GA. died Saturday July 12, 2014 at Hart Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday July 15, 2014 at the New Franklin Christian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm.
