Evelyn Manley Brown,84, of Carnesville, Ga. passed away Monday afternoon September 8, 2014 at her home. Services will be Thursday morning at 11 am at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in the Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home. The family is at the home of her son and will receive friends from 7pm until 9 pm Wednesday evening at Ginn Funeral home.
