Mrs. Grace Elizabeth Webb Osley, 93, of Royston, Ga. passed away Sunday May 22, 2016 at the Spring Valley Nursing Home in Elberton. Funeral services will be held at 12 Pm Tuesday May 24, 2016 at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Bowman. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6 pm until 8 pm Monday evening. Mrs. Osley will be placed int he church from 11 am until funeral hour. The family is at the home.
