Mr. Harold James Williams, age 95, of Toccoa, Ga. passed away Saturday August 22, 2015 at Scenic View in Baldwin, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday August 25, 2015 at the Toccoa First Baptist Church.Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Whitlock Mortuary in Toccoa from 6 pm to 8 pm Monday August 24, 2015. Flowers are optional. Those desiring may make memorials to the Toccoa First Baptist Church.
