Mrs. Joy Dean Thrasher Bailey, 82, of Hartwell, Ga. died Thursday October 30, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be Sunday November 2, 2014 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Saturday night. The family is at the home.
