Mrs. Lucile Winn Phillips, 96, of Canon, Ga. passed away Thursday June 29, 2016 at Athens Regional Medical Gentiva Hospice Center. Funeral Services will be held at Redwine United Methodist Church at 2 pm Sunday July 3, 2016. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6 pm until 8 pm on Saturday. The fmaily is at their respective homes.
