Missing Hartwell Businessman Found Safe

Hartwell Police have located a local businessman who has been missing for over 24 hours.

Assistant Hartwell Police Chief Stan Sayer tells WLHR News 58-year old Nick Patel went missing on Tuesday.

He was last seen walking along U.S. 29, the Anderson Highway Tuesday afternoon, but had not been seen since.

Late Wednesday afternoon, Sayer reported Patel had been found and was safe.

No word on where Patel was found.
