Mr. William Ralph Vickery, 78, of Hartwell, Ga. died Friday October 17, 2014 at Brown Health & Rehab in Royston, Ga. A memorial service will be held on Monday October 20, 2014 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive friends from 1 pm to 2 pm at the  Strickland Funeral Home. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
