Ms. Rebecca “Becky” Ashley, age 39, of Hartwell, Ga. passed away Tuesday November 29, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at 3 pm in the Chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 pm until 3 pm just prior to the service.
