Mr. Joseph Scott Roach, 38, of Royston, Ga. passed away Monday February 23, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Wednesday February 25, 2015 at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, Ga. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 7 pm until 9 pm on Tuesday evening.
