Miss Tamara  Renee  “Tammy” Kay age 56, of Hartwell passed away Tuesday December 6, 2016 at Hart Care Center. Services celebrating the life of Tammy Kay will be held on Friday December 9, 2016 at 3 pm from the Chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial will follow at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at the funeral home and the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 9 pm Thursday .
