The Annual Cars and Guitars Show Going on this Weekend in Hartwell.
The Annual Cars and Guitars Car Show and Antique Festival will be again presented by the Hart County Chamber of Commerce on Saturday May the 23rd, 2015 on the square in Downtown Hartwell. This event will be going on from 10:00am- 2:00pm. This Event will feature classic cars, antiques, along with classic music from the time period of the cars.
Hart County Chamber of Commerce Spokes person, Nikki Myer says,
“We’ve got our annual Cars and Guitars, first of all we have a wonderful wealth in this region in antique car buffs. They love to come out and show off their cars. These are their babies, They’re worked on these cars for years, and put a lot of money into it and it’s a great way to come out and show it off.”
Now, you do no have to register for the event but you can just come up and before 11:00am and reserve your spot and pay to show your car.
“ You can bring you car down there. It’s twenty dollars if you come before Saturday, so if you contact the chamber and drop off your entry, it’s twenty dollars and that gets you a gift bag and a tee shirt. In addition though, if you come the day of, and many of them drive in the day of, and we’ll take registrations the morning of up until 11:00 and that a $25 registration fee the day of.
