U.S. Rep. Collins Holds Town Hall Mtg in Lavonia Tonight

U.S. Representative Doug Collins will be making a stop in Lavonia later this afternoon.

Collins is holding a series of town hall meetings across the 9th district during his August break.

This evening, he will be speaking to voters and local leaders at the Lavonia Welcome Center and Historic Train Depot from 5:30p to 6:30p.

And he is also hoping to field lots of questions and comments from voters on issues concerning them as well as issues on Capitol Hill, such as immigration and jobs.

In a recent weekly address, Collins lambasted Democrats for ignoring a number of Republican-sponsored bills.

Again, U.S. Representative Doug Collins will be in Lavonia this evening at the Lavonia Train Depot from 5:30p to 6:30p.  The town hall meeting is free and open to the public.
