Funeral services for Mrs. Downs will be held in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Interment will follow in the Cary Memorial Gardens in Royston, GA. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday evening.
