12/17/12 – “EllieMae” – Hound Mix at Hart County Humane Society

When it came Ellie Mae’s turn to meet Santa Paws she told him she has been a very good girl and a very good girl she is!  Ellie was turned into the shelter as a very underweight and timid stray.

Shelter staff cared for the sweet dog but her time ran out before a home could be found.

The Hart County Humane Society rescued Ellie and will help her find the family she deserves. Ellie Mae is an approximately four years old hound mix.

She is spayed, micro chipped, heart worm negative, up to date with vaccinations, parasite treatment and preventative. This wonderful dog gets along with cats, other dogs and people of all ages. Ellie is house trained and is grateful for a full belly, soft spot to sleep and a kind touch. If you would like to meet this foster favorite or have any questions please call 706-436-0965 or email [email protected].
