Mrs. Evelyn Ridgeway Burton Howell, 97, of Easley, SC, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at her home. Funeral services will be Friday, February 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Redwine United Methodist Church Cemetery. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon prior to the service. The family will be at their respective homes. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
