Mrs. Helen Crawford Hembree, 86, of Calhoun, GA, formerly of Hartwell, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at Gordon Hospital in Calhoun, GA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Dr. Hugh Kirby officiating. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday prior to the service. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
